This week Brian and I are in Colorado Springs. I am booked to shoot a wedding on Saturday in Boulder, so we took the opportunity to stay with Brian's dad and do some support meetings in the area. I have loved seeing old friends that I haven't seen in 6-18 years! We got to meet with my old family friend who actually used to babysit me when I was a kid in California. We got to meet her 4 daughters. I think there are a few little girls here in Colorado that have a little crush on Brian :) We also get to meet with three friends that I made when I was at
Capernwray Bible School in England about six years ago! So exciting. Brian and I had to laugh at the irony that we left sunny, warm Minnesota and our first night here in Colorado it snowed 6-10 inches! At least it melted fast. Brian and I have been clinging to Philippians 4:19 this week:
"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
While we have had a great time catching up with people, support raising can be draining. So we have been looking to the Lord to not only supply our financial needs as we approach our first deadline on March 31, but also our daily needs of rest and patience. Please pray for us as we have a busy weekend with the wedding, three more support meetings and a LONG drive home to Minnesota. We are so thankful to have a team that prays and supports us! THANKS!
